I have been writing in this blog for quite some time now and
have shared in social media a very small portion of the
articles that I have written. I did not know the exact reason
behind this strange hesitation that I had, so I decided to
write about the actual reasons that I was not consciously
aware of. After writing all the reasons that I thought were
preventing me from sharing them, I figured out that none of
them was something that should be considered as something
reasonable. After seeing that there was not anything that
could be taken seriously, I started sharing new articles from
this blog and thus saw a considerable increase of readers of
them. I have also used this similar technique to face some
difficult situations that I have been in and have found it
quite powerful and would like to share it with you and mention
some of the reasons that I think make it efficient.

A few years ago a friend of mine told me that when he is trying to make an important decision, rather than just thinking about it, he used a clipped piece of paper for it. He wrote down there what where his current thoughts, possible approaches and alternatives towards the end. According to him, this is a very beneficial way of making decisions, as it tends to be a rational one and which is also based on realistic circumstances and surprising obstacles, which are often forgotten when only thinking about them. There are times in our lives when we will motivated and
inspired to decide about something, but usually we do not
follow through that decision. This is a clear sign of a
self-sabotage type of behavior that we should not have it. If
you do not possess this type of behavior, such that you are
very committed to pursue and act according to your decision
then you might not need to continue reading this article. I
want to remind myself and to tell you about this insight that
can have a considerable impact in your life: Whenever you
decide about something, do not leave the scene of decision
without taking an action about it.
