As I was reading about agile-methods, for the first time I
heard about: Lean Software Development, and among its
principles, there is also one that might help us become more
efficient in our lives. It is about delaying the decision
process as much as possible, so that, when you take that
decision, it is already based on careful observations and
analysis that would bring better outcomes.
