Though we are afraid from starting a project on our own, or having that difficult conversation with our boss, we most of the time find out however that these things are those that give us the most excitement and are probably the most important priorities that we are simply not ready to face. Thus, we are busy dealing with small and unimportant stuff that is usually as a means of hiding from important endeavors.

When you find yourself afraid to do something, it might be because it is something important for you to do. You simply have to deconstruct it and perceive it as a means that contributes towards your progress.
