Having a long pile of to do items can be overwhelming. Organizing them based on their importance and urgency should be the filters that we should use most of the time. However, there might be also be another useful filter that can come in hand at times when we are not sure that the above mentioned filters are pointing to the right task to be done at a certain period of time. It is better to have a to-do list than not having anything written down to do and simply using our brain to store the tasks that we are supposed to do, but there is something even better and more effective than that.
